u will get advertisement of various medical examination in daily news paper likeTimes of India .The probable month of advertisement is November,December.
probable month of submission of form is january.

there are various type of entrance exams for medical....all of them are all india copmetition type..some of them are AIMS,PMT,WBJEE,etc......the forms are available at various banks and somr of them are online also......the forms are available usaually in the monthn of october or november......

As you a student of biology so you have a lot of options for MBBS entrance exam.
The form for entrance exam you can get in the month of december or later.

some names of entrance exams for MBBS are:
AIPMT
AIIMS
JIPMER
AFMC
CMC
Amrita
BCECE etc & a lot.

you can also fill up your state exam also.

but for 2011 government decided that only one entrance exam will happen for all over India MBBS seats, but detail information is not available right now.

dont worry, definitely u can apply in various medical entrance exam in india after 12th class completed. One of the important examinations is WBJEE,by which u can study in Medical science which is generally held about March every year

Biology is a mark fetching subject..You need to mug up things more..In this subjects. you can get form for AIPMT(All India Pre-Medical test) in various selected branches of Syndicate banks across the country..You will be notified about this during the month of DECember. the exam is conducted by CBSE after 12th board exams in the month of April(1st sunday)..Dinesh is a good book for reference..Try as many previous year sample papers .The sample papers will be easily available for download in http://www.cbse.nic.in

you can appear fpr various exams of medical.which includes AIIMS, CBSE PRE MEDICAL TEST, WARDHA,BHU,AMU,JIPMER, states PMT exams etc.

there are some minimum qualification for appearing in these exams.

you have to score atleast 60 % marks in 12th.

the syllabus is sujects of 12th. some institues also asks apart from 12th subjects .as for example AIIMS asks aptitude question and general knowledge questions.

Genarally Medical Entrance Exams are conducted Just after 12th board exams. There are more then 2 Dozens types of Medical Entrance exams in India And you haven't Mentioned for which entrnce you want date.

1. M. B. B. S. (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery): MBBS is the medical degree awarded in many countries like UK, India. MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery.

DURATION: 5.5 years



2. B. D. S. (Bachelor of Dental Surgery): Bachelor of Dental Surgery ( B.D.S ) is a first professional degree programme in dentistry.

3. B. H. M. S. (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery): The Homeopathic Education in India is presently regulated by the National Institute of Homeopathy.Applicant should have passed HSC Exam from Statutory Board/University in India or equivalence.

Well dear,

AIPMT Date and Notifications are not announced yet. AIPMT 2010 Preliminary was held on 3rd April and Finals on 16th MAy 2010.

So, for 2011 we can expect the nearby dates.

Notification will be released soon till last of November or first of December.

since you are a biology student, you are elligible for medical exams. the criteria for different exams are different so you will have to look into daily newspapers. you should apply for exams like- AIIMS,PMT e.t.c . however otherfields are also there but choose one according to your interest.

If you want to persue B.Sc.biotechnology then you can get direct admission in private colleges & in govn. colleges on the basis of merit list.various entrance exams are conducted for medical-such as AIIMS,AIPMT,STATE- PMT,AFMC,JNU AMU,BHU etc.you can get the information through exam forums.generally application forms avails in the month of november to december.and february to march.
