i am not living in maharashtra and my birth & school education also not in maharashtra,but i want domicile certificate of maharashtra ,bcz i want do stay in maharashtra permanantly.
plz help in in this matter & give answer me quickly in my mail id.

my parent are the residence of chhattisgarh and they have properties in chhattisgarh. I born outside from chhattisgarh and did my studies out side from chhattisgarh but now I want to get a govt job in chhattisgarh .Can I get domicile certificate of chhattisgarh?

My birth is of Madhya Pradesh.As my father is a central govt. employee I have done my schooling from various places but I have done my schooling since 5th from Maharashtra. Now I ve completed my 12th and require Maharashtra domicile for addmision in engineering college. Am I eligible for Maharashtra domicile??? If not is there any other way???

my son who is permanent resident of maharashtra state got married to a bride who is permanent resident of chattisgad state on may 28th 2015.my question is that can the bride of my son obtain domicile certificate of maharashtra state with the new surname/husband name which she got with her new family of my son. matter most urgently required to be cleared as local city setu authourity is not responding in this matter.kindly do reply on my [email protected]

The eligibility for getting a domecile certificate is
An individual must be living in the state for 10 years
Candidate must have passes 10 and 12 standard from the state
As you do not qualify any of the following criteria you are not eligible for getting the certificate
