what should i do after my diploma in mechanical??
is there any short term courses if i don't want to do the B.Tech..that would help in future for dong business as well as job??
or should I apply for a job.??
suggest me the Best and better option for this query?

I am presently working in Jaypee Pvt. Ltd, Noida. what I saw here that many of employee having a diploma in engineering are going for B.tech, generally by AMIE, while they are earning a good salary here. But what is the problem with a diploma holder is that he does not get a good promotion in government or private organization easily, or his promotion level merely go up to a high post (like project manager or above) so i will suggest you to do B.tech but if you don't want to do, go for a job in private or government sector immediately.

Doing a B.Sc., BCA of any other degree is a waste now as you have entered in engineering field but if you want to change your field you can do a suitable degree but then your diploma will be wasted. so i suggest you to join a job soon so that upto an age of 25 you will have a good job experience and then you can switch in any company if you want to.

after diploma if you want to do further study then best option is B.Tech. because B.Tech will increase you educational level to graduation as well as your depth in technical subject will be more. so if you want to do any course then go for B.Tech.

if you want to do job then obviously you can try for job in industry. there are so many company which recruit candidates from diploma in mechanical engineering. you may join in a good company. now for getting job if you want to do any course then i will suggest you to do training from an industry. because industrial training is very much helpful to be selected for any job. if you do any industrial training then you will come to know what type of job is done in an industry and how it is processed. so you may go for training.


now if you want to do business then you can start it from now. but if you want to do some study to start a business then also you may go for study. you should study in that stream under which you want to establish a business. like if you want to establish a business in mechanical engineering field then better is to do B.Tech and after that M.Tech. if you want to establish business related to hotel then go for hotel management course. if you want to a general big business then better is to do MBA. for MBA study you have to become graduate. for this you may first complete your graduation in B.Tech or in general line or in any other stream.

Gags sandhu, i want to say if u join any short turm course after diploma and not join B.tech so u can join NPTI AND AMIE.institute they are provide a better education and placement also.every year they are invite to diploma holder for course by marit base.and u can also going to govt.job after being a competetion of SSC,SAIL,BHEL,DRDO,ISRO ,HAL any many more. so log on to npti and amie web site now admission is open of various branches.and become a specialist engg.

After completion of diploma you want to do a job..

Then you can apply for job in PSU's like-

1.Power Grid
2.BHEL
3.SAIL
4.TATA MOTORS
5.TATA STEEL
6.ASHOK LEYLAND
7.RAILWAYS
etc..

There are lots of PSU's those are recruit diploma students..
So, apply for those PSU's..
But my suggestion will be to go for B.tech course. After completion of B.tech course you will get much more opportunity to get a job in a much better designation.
So go for B.tech course..

i have done D.M.E.,i am doing B.E. Mechanical from a.m.i.e.My job is also running now.I want to join npti short time cources particularly in gujrat.Plese tell me which cources preffered for me.

is B.E. can be done privately and does it value the same as regular because i am a diploma holder in MECH.

you can apply in government agencies such as railways and many other private organisations. but you will not get a high salary. it is better to do some certificate courses that are offered by msme, c-dac time to time and increase your value. even you can do your b.tech form AMIE.

tell me some short term courses for me to compelete my mechanical eng(like automobile , robotics etc....).plz if u guide me i can build my carrer broad
