Can I do degree directly after completing PUC?


I have finished my SSLC in 2001. I did diploma in Computer science (1year) programme.

Can I do my degree directly without completing PUC?

I am working for mnc for the last 30 years with my ITI qualification as a maintenance engineer, drawing very good salary and my age is 50 years,to go to next level i have to do either diplomo or degree in mechanical stream,please suggest.

I am studied PUC in commerce and am completed 1 year course diplamo in Interior designing. And i want to do any other courses on PUC or diplomo base so which is the best course to helpfull?

I HAVE DONE PUC IN THE YEAR OF 2014 SO CAN I JOIN NOW DIRECTLY DEGREE FINAL YEAR , IS IT POSSIBLE & AFTER DOING THAT WILL I ELIGIBLE FOR GOVERNMENT JOBS .
