These are the following exam which can give you after 12th pass as follows-
1. PMT,
2. AIPMT,
3. IIT-JEE,
4. AIEEE,
5. AIIMS,
These are the main competitive exam , on the other hand these are the following
Exam which can be give for job purpose as-
1. PSC,
2. Bank Clerk exams,
3. Railway and others exam.

-NDA - National Defence Academy, the exam is conducted by UPSC twice every year to join Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wing of NDA.

IIT JEE - Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam conducted by UPSC for admission to under Graduate Engineering course in IITs.

AIEEE - All India Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by CBSE for admission to under Graduate B.Tech. courses in reputed Engineering Colleges.

VITEE - Velore Institute of Technology Entrance Exam

AIPMT - All India Premedical Test conducted for admission to MBBS course


Bank Clerical Examination generally conducted by SBI & IBPS.
