Is Hindi necessary to be taken as subject while changing from CBSE board to IGCSE board?


At present my child is in std vii cbsce board and she has taken french as ii language if i want to change igsce board is hindi compulsory ? Or she can take french. And second think i want to admit to delhi public school , is hindi compulsory in these school ?
