i am studying BE last year, my both written english and spoken english are very bad. How to improve english and communication skills. can u suggest me any coaching classes for improving english grammar and fluency.?

Before answering you query, I must tell you that the way you have written this question it doesn't seem that bad. However, you have to make sure of one thing that you will gain command in both these aspects with time, its not going to happen overnight. Learning a language requires perseverance along with dedication and regular practice even if it is for an hour or two.
Grammar is the key to success in learning any language. Work on spelling, sentences, vocabulary etc. Read good books written by good writers, it need not to be the hardest, a simply written book will do. The more you will read the better you will become. You can communicate with your close mates, with whom you will not feel shy with. You can also enroll to some spoken English classes which will guide you in more appropriate and authentic manner. There are many such institutes located all over India, so naming some particular institutes will not be possible without knowing what place you belong to. However, you can try to find out good institutes near your locality. All said and done, it will be you who have to push hard and work on it which will make you a better writer and communicator in English.

(b) should just be confident that you can speak english.

(c)you are professinal;you knows english but there is a need to polish that;so that you speak english with good fluency.

(d)don't afraid from others and don't be shy.

(e)be confident and feel that you can speak English.

(f)you should watch English movies and read English novels.this helps you a lot to speak English with good voice,tone,sound and pitch.
