yes you are eligible as it does not matter if you have done graduation from regular or distance learning.......the only condition is graduation .....you can apply for various entrance exams for m.tech program.......

You are eligible.For M.Tech you have to appear GATE and on the basis of this result you can join colleges.

As you know the basic requirement for the M.Tech will be B.Tech or M.sc.
So you are eligible for the M.Tech from any reputed institutions.

The basic requirement for M Tech is that, you should hold a regular bachelors degree . Since you have one, you can certainly go for M Tech.

But it is suggested that first finish with your M. Sc because at a time, you can only pursue any one degree. So finish with this one, and then you can get yourself enrolled in M Tech !
