The qualifying mark is 55% in post graduation for general category and 50% for reserved category

Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria in the respective disciplines may download the soft copy of the application form from the website link http://www.ignou.ac.in and submit the filled in form along with the following demand draft for Rs 750/- drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi

Attested copies of certificates in support of educational and experience qualifications (wherever applicable); attested copy of certificate in support of reserved category

Synopsis of the research to be undertaken for candidates applying under stream-A

Applications along with the above documents should be sent to Director, Research Unit, IGNOU, New Delhi-110068

Schedule for admission/registration for Research degree programme for July 2012 session

Last date for receipt of application form is: 17th February, 2012

I have completed my PG in 1989. and B.Ed 1992 , Mphil in 2000 and working as a lecturer in a reputed college. Now I want to do my Phd in correspondence course to upgrade myself. My problem is My PG % is 54. According to this is it possible for me to do Phd. If so how and which university My email id: [email protected]
