Yes,you can definitely do M.tech after MCA, and there is a better scope of this. So ,you should do mca after it.

you can do MTech, but in my opinion it is better to chhose MS. You can apply for it from colleges like BITS Pilani. Also if you are working in IT companies like TechM, they provide you free MS course in coordinance with BITS.

yes, you can appear for GATE exam. and doing it will be more beneficial as compared to MS

surely you may do M.Tech.

also you are eligible for M.S.

both the courses are good. you may choose whatever you want. also you may go for P.hd if you really want to do further study. there are also option to do job in a reputed company. you may do MBA if you are interested in management job.

my offer is to m.s ..because this is the high salary backage jobs.......

i think it would be better for you to do m.tech because it is according to your field and you will earn about rs 15000 per month during persuing the degree. on the other hand ms means change of root. now its on u what u choose.

Doing MS and M.tech is definitely a plus point. But why go for another PG course when you are eligible to get a high salary job in any company. Even if you choose to do so then, don’t opt for distance education course as there are some software companies which won't accept distance education. Try to do some extra programming language courses which will give you the edge when compared to others or else go for MBA.

As you are already PG so better to go for MS.
MS has better scope then Mtech and it gives you better Tag over others.

Better to go for MS and also you are eligible for MS and M.Tech is better degree than MCA. Most of people do M.Tech after MCA. So If you already have a better degree so why you go behind just go forward and do MS.

After MCA you need to find a job for you in Software company how ever if you study further then M.tech is better choice......

I think you should go for job...... but if you want to do further studies then you should go for M.Tech.........
