NET is conducted in many subjects. Anthropology is one of the subjects. There are two papers of the subject. Paper II is of 100 marks and consists of MCQs only. Paper III is of 200 marks. There are four sections in the paper. Section I and II have short answer type questions. These questions are of 5 marks each. Five questions are there in the first section and fifteen in the second section. Section III has long answer type questions, five in number, each of 12 marks. Section IV has one essay type question. This question is of 40 marks. The word limit for each question in the paper is fixed and students are required to follow the word limit strictly.
