How many times a person can give IIT JEE exam?


how many time a person can give iit jee exam? tell me about top iit jee govt. collleges. tell me about top aieee govt colleges? WHAT IS THE ELIGIBLTY CRITERIA FOR IIT JEE AND AIEEE? CAN U SEND ME REPLY ON MY E-MAIL ID. I SHALL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU FOR THIS?

Dear friend,

IIT-JEE exam is conducted every year in the month of April jointly by IITs for admission to UG courses in IITs.
According to Eligibility Criteria of IIT-JEE exam mentioned in jee.iitm.ac.in/eligibility.php and Information Brochure of IIT-JEE exam,
A candidate can appear for IIT-JEE exam twice only but consecutive times. That means if he/she misses appearing in this exam in second year just after giving in first year, then he/she would not be able to appear in this exam anymore.

Secondly, to be eligible for this exam candidate should have attained at least 60% marks or above in 10+2.
He/she must be passed/appearing in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

There are about 16 IITs all over India. List of those IITs is mentioned below:
  1. IIT (BHU) Varanasi
  2. IIT Bhubaneswar
  3. IIT Bombay
  4. IIT Delhi
  5. IIT Gandhinagar
  6. IIT Guwahati
  7. IIT Hyderabad
  8. IIT Indore
  9. IIT Kanpur
  10. IIT Kharagpur
  11. IIT Madras
  12. IIT Mandi
  13. IIT Patna
  14. IIT Rajasthan
  15. IIT Roorkee
  16. IIT Ropar

IIT JEE - INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION conducted by IIT for admission to under Graduate B.Tech. courses in IITs.

The candidate having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass from a recognised Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 60% marks, is eligible to apply for IIT JEE.

The IIT JEE can be appeared two times in whole career that to consecutively one after another year after 12th.

DEAR SIR I HAVE PASSED 12TH IN 2011 WITH 76% AND HAVE TAKEN TWO CHANCES OF IIT JEE.CAN I APPEAR IN IIT JEE 2013 OR AT LEAST AIEEE 2013

Dear Vany,

The acronym for IIT is Indian Institute of Technology.

The acronym for JEE is Joint Entrance Examination.

The Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination is an annual college entrance examination in India.

A person can give two times IIT JEE examination.

The eligibility criteria required for the IIT JEE examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of 12th with 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from any recognized board.

* Age limit:- 17-25 yrs.

* Age relaxation:- 5 yrs for SC/ST and PWD contenders.

* 55% marks required for SC/ST contenders.

* Nationality:- Indian.

IIT-JEE - Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam.

In order to crack IIT-JEE you must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as Compulsory subjects, the exam is based on these topics itself.

Eligibility :

You must have passed 12th standard from any recognized state board.
12th standard students can also apply for the examination.
The number of attempts is limited to only and only two attempts without any gap between
the two exams.

1. 10+2 from well recognized board
2. atleast 60%

For AIEEE
alteast 50% marks in 10+2

You can appear for IIT JEE twice

1. Along with your 12th
2. Consecutive next year

Hello.

The person can give IIT-JEE exam 2 times:-

->Firstly at the time in class 12th.
->Secondly at the time after passing class 12th.

NOTE:-
Person can give the IIT-JEE exam only 2 consecutive years only,not more than that.
->Age limit must be between 25 year.
->Age should be between 17 to 25 years(3 years relaxation for OBS & 5 years for ST/SC candidates)
