VLSI ,CCNA is good course in this present time and you also do training in bhusan steel ,indian railway,some power plant so just do any training ..

Friend short term courses are considered average but should be atleast of 6 month. 1 month short term course is of no use and it would be only loss of money. so try to go for some more period short term course so tha tit will help you in futureYou are from ece field so this is itself good for you or you can go for atleast 6 month short term course.

There are so many courses available that helps your career while you are pursuing B-Tech in electronics and communications. If you are interested and well looking forward for an IT job which would help you to earn money early in your young ages, then you better go for any programming language packs such as Java, SQL, .net or Web Design languages.

In another perspective, you could go for Embedded Systems or VLSI crash courses which would help you in your academic project as well for securing a career in Electronic core fields. The initial earnings would have to negotiate unless you are fetched on to top MNC's like Wipro, Bosh, Siemens....and there are a lot of companies in the Bangalore-Hyderabad areas.

Networking is another Field of course which you can do for one moth which can help you in your career. It includes troubleshooting and configuration of network devices. CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate) and MCSE(Microsoft Certified Service Engineer) are the basic among them.

If you are interested in animation, editing or web designing there are short term courses that will also help you in future.
