i m doing bsc grad.from biotech.am i eligible for appearing in iisc msc/phd integrated course?

For that you should have wrote GATE Exam which was conducted on Feb 13th. Usually GATE EXAM is conducted jointly by IITs/IISC mostly on the 2nd sunday of the month of Febraury. You can also try joining there as some project associate and then look out for options to do MS/Phd

no you are not eligible ,because the iisc does not take admission only on performance in post graduation level,you have to write GATE exam to get admission which you have not written this year,you can try next year
