Can I get B.Tech and M.Tech after doing dual degree course in mining engineering from NIT Rourkela


sir , i am doing dual degree course in mining engineering from NIT Rourkela
may i get both b.tech and m.tech degree separately or only one in both type?
may i appear for upsc exams ? I complete my course in 2016 then what i shall have to write that when i complete my graduation in 2015 or 2016?
what is the scope of mining jobs i dual degree?

Yes, there is a dual program in mining at NIT rourkela so you can apply there. But the date of admission for the 2018-19 session was in month of July.
