I Completed my B.Tech with E.C.E (Electronics and communication Engineering) and now working as a Telecom engineer.I am interested to do MBA Correspondence from Hyderabad,India. So may i know which course is suitable for me and which college is good in hyderabad to do MBA Correspondence.

First of all if you really want MBA to add value to you and your CV then go for regula MBA and not correspondence.
Earlier correspondence had some value as not many people were opting for regular course.
But now there is huge competition for regular course.

Since you have done ECE, you may go for IT/ITES Management
There is not much linkage between B.Tech and MBA.
You may also go for fields such as

Finance Management
Marketing Management
Operation Management
Human resource Management
IT/ITES management
Strategy Management
