i want to be an interior designer too... and i am choosing maths for it.. infact 1 of my cousins is an interior designer and she took maths as her subject after 10th. So if ur mathematical skills r good n u can do gud in phy n chem then u can choose this subject.

Since you have completed your 10th, now is the time to realize your strengths and weaknesses. You must pursue your higher studies in the subjects of your expertise. If you have doing good in any particular stream, now is the time to specialize in that particular subject or stream through higher studies and your higher studies should not be limited to graduation. In the present scenario, a bachelors degree does not have potential to fetch a better career and therefore, to be successful, you must be a highly qualified professional.
So, the very first thing you should do is to keep it simple. If you are good in arts stream, you must pursue your +2 in the same subjects/stream which must be followed by bachelors and masters/professional course in the same.
The same goes with any other stream.
You must set your goal as per your interest and expertise because whatever stream you belong to, if you are qualified and deserving, no one can stop you to win the race.

Once a child passes Class 10th, there are 3 options in front of him/her. They are in the form of streams. They are :-

SCIENCE - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

COMMERCE - Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics

ARTS - Arts, History, Any language, etc..

So out of these three streams, the student has to choose.

Science is the stream which is related to the scientific study about Physics, Chemistry and Maths to go with it. You can take this up if you are Interested in Engineering, Medical, or any other Science career like Physics, Chemistry, etc..

If you want to enter the Banking sector, handle the balance sheets, Accountancy, etc and other you may take the Commerce Stream.

Arts stream is related to creativity, how well you can imagine.. and all the other history, geography and language stuffs. You can take this if your interest lies here.

So the final decision has to be your. I would suggest Science as it is considered superior to all but requires a lot of labor.

My friend don't get confused regarding this future career.

you just go for a field in which you have more interest.

I will suggest you to go for science field.

As after this you can get large career option..

After completion of 12th in science field you can apply for courses like-

1.B.Sc

2.BE/B.tech

3.Bio technology

4.Bio-informatics

5.MBBS

6.BBA

7.BDS

8.BCA

you can go for any of these course.

All these courses are very much job prospective.

you can get a huge job opportunity after completion of any of these course.

As you are interested to join in Interior design course after 10th , Then you can join in any stream for +2 as your wish but in my opinion it will be better if you will go for +2 science (PCM) .

because according to me with the growing population and buildings and the mentality of people of getting their looks of their houses more better this is the field where u can flourish like anything but it totally depends on your likes to the field and its subjects..
