I think Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad is not recognised by UGC/AICTE there are institutions/universities where qualifications obtained through Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad are not valid.Since Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad provides Distance learning programmes admission to all its programmes is direct without any entrance test/interview. according to latest update of U.G.C(dec.2011) the authenticity of Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, lucknow, up is under consideration..so right now it can not be considered as recognized university under U.G.C

If university / council is not approaved by ugc , why not such university is shut to make students understand that they should not go for that ?
