Sir, How can i get admission in Indian Navy? I have passed 12th class with 72% marks in commerce.

For this you must fill NDA forms .you can go into indian navy through nda .nda exam are held twice in a year in april and december.forms are available from feburary for april exam.

If you want to join navy then its not possible i think because they have maths as a common subject
but
National Defence Academy is the route for you to join the Indian Army. See this web site for details :

You have to work really hard to qualify for this NDA selection.

Also if you really wish to join you can do it after graduation in EXECUTIVE, LOGISTICS & EDUCATION BRANCH

as a SSC Logistics Cadre
Age - 19½ – 25
Educational Qualification - B.A (Economics), B.Com or B.Sc (Physics and Maths) or BSc(IT), CA/ ICWA, Catering Technology

or

BCA/ MCA, or B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computers, IT, Architecture with minimum 60% marks.

but you are not eligible to join Indian navy.
you should have passed Class 12th (Intermediate) with Science stream with compulsory subjects of Physics and Mathematics and Optional subjects of Chemistry or Biology or Computers with 55 per cent or above marks..

hi, for indian navy , eligiblity is 10+2 with minimum 60%marks in science(physics and maths are compulsory subs)

dear friend:
as you got 72% in +2, and according to me those candidate securing 70%age marks in12th class can apply for it.
after +2 you can apply for +2 cadet entry scheme.. which makes their own engineers by doing b.tec for 4 years.
you can apply from sailors side. they are soilders as in army.
you can apply for artificeir apprentice AA for these.

for applying in the NDA examination you must have subject maths in your 12th standard.whatever be the stream it doesn't matter. there is the age-limit exist 16-19.

I am arun kumar I have passed 12 with 76% in intermediate with PCM .I wish to join Indian Navy the course in which naval it self teach engineering and give degree as well make an officer to serve the Indian Navy. NDA stands for National Defense Academy.This exam is conducted by UPSC every year twice.

Eligibility criteria:
Education qualification:
For Indian Air Force Academy/Indian Navy Academy:You should have completed 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university with 55% marks.
For Indian Army:You should have completed 12th class with any stream from a recognized university.
Age:16-19years

NDA-I exam of 2012:
Opening date:31st Dec 2011.
Closing date:30th Jan 2012.
Exam date:15th April 2012.

NDA-II exam of 2012:
Opening date:5th May 2012
Closing date:4th June 2012
Exam date:19th August 2012

The NDA-I/NDA-II application forms will available in any head post office.
