i priyanka chowdhury i have passed out X &XII from NIOS(national institute of open school and now i am pursing for b.com(general) CALCUTTA UNIVERSITY.. so after 3rd year i can apply for jeca exam plz rply as soon as possible.

National Institute of Open Schooling was established by the MHRD, Government of India
itself for the purpose of providing education in remote areas.
It is the board to administer examinations for Secondary (10th) and
Senior Secondary examinations (10+2) of open schools and the passing board exams
from NIOS has been recognised as equivalent to CBSE and CISCE.

So board of examination of 10th and 12th should not be a problem in any institute.

Your percentage of marks in the qualifying exam may (may not) be a source of problem.

You should refer the college wise eligibility criteria (% restriction) to decide your
eligibility in the institutes offering MCA course.

DEAR CANDIDATE,

You can apply for the JECA exam because NIOS is a government schooling education board it is equivalent to the other boards you can apply for the JECA exam.for JECA exam there is no age limit.


Important Dates
Issue of admission forms: April 1st week, 2012
Last date for the reception of the admission forms: First week of May, 2012
Date of the JECA examination: Second week of June, 2012
Last Date for receipt of completed application forms: 2nd May, 2012
