I am a muslim belongs to obc category .i got 178 marks out of 200 in the qualifying examination . Will i get admission to any government medical colleges or in any self financing college under government quota for the coming year 2012

I have scored 328 in NEET 2013. My category rank (UR-2308 in Tamilnadu).Could I have a chance in Govt. or Trust-run Medical college in Tamilnadu?
