I HAVE JUST COMPLETED MY M.B.A(FINANCE). please suggest me CAN I HAVE DIRECT ADMISSION IN CS INTERMEDIATE? IF YES, WHAT IS THE NEXT ADMISSION TIME IN 2009 or 2010?
or can i get exemption in any of the paper?
and how much it will be beneficial for me to do CS after MBA finance and what will be career opportunities and pay packages after doing CS?
and how much time it will take to complete CS

hi jivisha,

u must have done mba finance after completion of your graduation so graduates are exempted from cs foundation exams and can directly enrol for cs inter stage.

As much i knew about cs no exemption is availale for mba passed students in cs exams.

Definitely it will be beneficial for u to do cs now coz many co.s today ask for cs wid mba.

about pay packages no idea as even m a fresher cs.

time for completion of cs is u can give ur inter exams after 8 months of ur enrolment and if cleared all groups at once then enrol for final stage after 8 mnths appear for exam.

15 months training can be started after clearing inter stage.

anything else u want to know can search on icsi.edu site or just ask ur query here i'll help u out.

You can do your cs inter stage directly .you have more scope because most ask cs with m.ba. for more details visit icsi.edu. it will give you more information.

yes you can get direct admission in cs intermediate after mba.....

you can only claim exemption from inter course if your graduation was in commerce..you wont find any exemptions in any subject like cwa from your mba degree.

any1 can go for CS executive exam after completion of graduation in any field, he and she is direct eligible for the CS executive. if any1 has done MBA in finance OR M.com and he had studied company accounts & cost accounts in his PG then he would be exempted from the paper 222 e.i. Cost & Company Accounts only. MBA in Finance & HR is the best combination with CS.

One get eligible for CS intermidiate course as soon as he completes the gradution from any stream.

You can take admission any time to CS course, But you should know that the exams are held twice a year in the months of June and Dec only.

For exemptions, Admission and Exam Details just log on to www.icsi.edu.
you shall get all the details there.

About Carear appoutunities i think and you shouls also know it any added qualification takes us higher in our carear. CS is an very reputed cousre.

It may take nearly 2 to 3 year to complete the CS course if you take it now.

See about pay packages it al depends on which industry u jion and how experience you are. But as per my knowlege fresh CS are getting about 3.5 lack to 5 lac per annam.

CS is a professional study. In this +12 requires Foundation course. But after Graduation you can directly go for Executive level. As you have completed MBA you can directly take Executive level. In this you will have Two Modules each Module contains 3 papers. If you wish you can write the exam for the both at once. The duration is 9 months and the exam will be twice in a year i.e, June and December for writing the exam in June you should register before September and for Dec register before March.

yes, cs has good career prospectus. you can get yourself registereed for it for the intermediate course.

Yes, since you are agraduate you can very easily register yourself for CS intermediate program.
So do't waste time and prepare and get registered yourself

yes, it would be better since after doing CS you will have better carrer opportunity as right now you have less opportunities in hand.
If you are a graduate you need to register for intermediate course and if 12 pass you should register for foundation

Yes you are eligible for the CS intermediate. a student of class 12th can also register for the foundation of the CS. as you are graduate with MBA so you can directly register in the intermediate.

if sumbody has done mba and aftr that doing job simutaneously in that case its mandatory to go for 15 months training......? in the case of distance learning prgm of CS.
