FACTORS WHICH HELP DURING PLACEMENTS

The factors or skills which might help during your placements to get you placed in the best company is as follows...

-> Aptitude Skill.

-> Technical Skill.

-> Communication Skill.

-> If you can be good in these above three skills then for sure you will end up in the best company by the end of your final year studies..

-> If you can really work hard from the start of your third year for the above skills then you can easily build them up before the placements starts in your college...

-> Try to buy some good books like R.S.Agarwall and prepare for the aptitude's daily, until unless you prepare for the aptitudes daily then for sure you cannot learn it properly...

-> Prepare a schedule daily and try to cover all the topics given in the R.S.Agarwall book by understanding the concept..

-> To improve your technical skills there is nothing needed just brushing up the concepts which you studied from 2nd year.. in technical interview most of the questions will be from the subjects which you studied from your 2nd year so prepare for the concepts well before the placements...

-> Last but not least it is the communication skill which is more important because you should converse in a way that everyone should understand in English.. So improve your communication skills well then the third HR round will be really easy...

-> I have attached the files in support of your campus placement preparation in this post for your reference... check it out if needed...

-> Any more queries, feel free to leave a post in our forum...

your aptitude is the most important because once you clear written test rest is just a formalty in most of the companies . formalty in a sense that they shunt 80-90% students in written tests only . They will never ask u questions beyond what you have given in your resume, so try to give only those things which you properly and that u have done.
