Sir, I would like to ask that is karnataka state open university approved by AICTE for distance education because I want to do DIPLOMA in Automobile . Plz. give me the authentic path.

The most important thing that you must understand is that, any technical course offered by any university/Institute through distance mode is not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education. As per the council, only Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Application offered through distance mode will be considered for approval and apart from these two courses, no other programs will be considered for recognition.

Diploma In Automobile Engineering or any other diploma or degree program in technical discipline, offered by Karnataka State Open University are not approved by All India Council for Technical Education.

The Karnataka State Open University is recognized by the following regulatory bodies:

• University Grant Commission (UGC)
• Distance Education Council (DEC)

sir please suggest me that if ido b-tech from karnatka open university,then i would be applicable for several goverment sector or wouldnot?
please reply me.
