Will I be able to get medical seat in any government college of Tamilnadu after scoring 177 cutoff


hi sir/mam,
my cut off is just 177, but i always wanted 2 b a doctor. would i b able 2 get medical seat in anyone of the govt. colleges of tamilnadu? i need ur reply soon. please help me in this by replying...

my daughter is doing her I.B with maths,biology{HL} physics{HL} psychology ,french and english.I would like to know are there any chances for her to get into any medical collges in india.pls advise
