Am I eligible to do M.Phil after completing M.E English from AP in distance mode


i comleted MA English from andhra university in distance mode.i got 48%.iam i eligible to do M.phill from any universities in distance mode.please help me.

hiii.... I have done m.a english from guru nanak dev university from private mode. now i want to do p.h.d. i want to know that would it be any problem in finding job as lecturer ,if i have all degrees in distance and private modes.

I have completed BA Economics then completed my MA English (56%) also in University through correspondence.May I apply NET English exam.
