NDA stands for National Defence Academy. Every year UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) is going to conduct NDA Exam twice a year.

This exam is being conducted to recruit the candidates into the following Defence services
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing

The complete selection procedure to be placed in these defence wings is by
-Written Exam
-Interview
-Medical test

The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidate in order to be eligible for NDA Exam is by completion of 12th class with any of the stream.

Candidates who are pursuing finals year of 10+2 can also be eligible to give this exam but they should be able to show the proof of passing in 12th class when they appear for Interview.

As you have failed in 10+2, you have not completed your 10+2.

If you are able to shoe the proof of passing in your 10+2 (by completing Supplementary Exam) by the time you appear for Interview, then you can apply for this exam.

However, the last date to apply for NDA II Exam for this year was already over.

You can apply for this exam in the next academic year.

The notification with regard to this will be updated in the month of December of this year.

So, visit this website to know the updated information regarding this exam.
