my state rank is 1944 nd in GE is 1385, do i hav a chance of getting admission in b.arch collegethrough aieee seat..???

when the admission process for 1 st year B.Arch.will start, what is the procedure. I have obtained 114 marks in CAT & 52% in HSC science, do i have a chance of getting admission in B.Arch Govt.college in Mumbai
