MBBS is a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. The duration of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery course is Five and half years.

For MBBS course candidate must have passed 12th with physics, chemistry and biology subjects from a recognized board with a minimum of 50%. The age of candidate must be 17 years and not be greater than 25 years.

As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in government college of MBBS after scoring 70% in HSC exam and 91 marks in MHT CET so my suggestion to you is that you can apply for admission in private college which accept your score. If you are SC/ST category candidate then you can apply for admission in government college of MBBS after scoring 70% in HSC exam and 91 marks in MHT CET or 155 marks in NEET.
