If you are seeking to become a Lawyer, then you have to be a Law Graduate. The Bar Council of India regulates the LLB program for candidates who aspires to become a Lawyer. The LLB is a full time degree course offered through various Universities and Law Institutes whose LLB program are approved by the Bar Council of India. Candidate who have passed the +2 level of Examination can pursue 5 years Integrated LLB program and candidate with a Degree are eligible for 3 years LLB program. The maximum age limit to pursue 5 years Integrated LLB course is 20 years for the general candidates and 22 years for the reserved candidates whereas to pursue 3 years LLB course, the maximum age limit for the general candidates is 30 years and for the reserved candidates is 35 years.

Since, you are committed to your Job, and may not be able to attend regular classes, you won't be eligible for the LLB program, given, the program is a full time regular degree course.

However, various Law Institutes and Universities offers Distance program in Law Department through Distance mode. However, such program do not qualify a candidate to practice in a court of Law. To get detail information regarding those Distance program refer to the official websites of the Law Universities or Law Institutes, which offers such programs.
