It will be difficult to get a seat after scoring 56% in 10+2 but not impossible.

However, there are various colleges in Delhi which has its eligibility cut-off marks of 40% or above.
You haven't mentioned in which Bachelor degree course- Science, Arts, Commerce, you want to apply in. There are several colleges specifically for concerned departments. Without knowing the name of the course you want to apply in, it is not possible to name the colleges.
