For taking admission in mba through distance you should have minimum qualification of Graduate in any stream.
Most of the university takes direct admission for MBA except very few who conduct entrance exam.

Fee structure may vary university to university bur approx 30-40k for the full course including everything.
I dont think that in india any university which offers MBA for three years,MBA course duration is either two years or one year (executive MBA).
MCA is a three years course.

The various universities are developed their program for the MBA student from distance learning.
In this the IGNOU is the best and now the Sikkim manipal is also take admission in the distance learning for MBA students.
The three years course is PGDM and two year is MBA.
A course in management or business administration usually runs for four years and the graduate can then start looking for a job in the business field or other industry. Others opt to further their studies in order to earn more points with employers. They would aspire to get a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
