Can I get a seat in any college after scoring 71 marks in AIEEE?
i got 71 marks in aieee and i belong to obc.can i get seat in any colleges like bit mesra or any other colleges

May be or may not be. Am not sure because admissions are provided on the behalf of merit list generated by AIEEE marks or rank. So in that case you should go for online counselling and fill up the desired college. By the way there are few chances you will get admission in desired college but am not sure. As you know merit list changes year by year so, just wait for the counselling.
