Am I eligible for IIT and NIT institute after passing Biotech?

i am btech biotech student. but i do my 12th in agriculture. i have GATE schorcard. can i eligible in IIT and NIT instiutes.

Can i get admission in any NIT after having an AIR of 1265 for GATE in Biotech stream?
