The basic Qualification to join Indian Air Force through NDA(National Defence Academy) conducted twice every year by UPSC to join Indian Army, navy and Air Force, is 12th standard from Science stream.

Besides this, the eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Air Force of NDA, must be an Indian unmarried Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject of studies from a recogtnised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental Health.

Hello Dear,

The Minimum Qualification for joining IAF is +2 with maths and Physics and passing with minimum 60% marks.

Note: This is the minimum qualification for joining Air force as an Officer.

For posts below officer rank even 10th pass candidates also eligible there will be no separate exam for that you have to watch for notifications given by them in any standard newspapers.

For Officer post:
Go for National Defecne Academy NDA.

Exam is conducted twice every year. NDA-I and NDA-II.

Eligibility I already told you.

Age limit: 16.5 to 19 years on the date of exam.

Unmarried male candidates only eligible.

You have to prepare for maths, English and General Knowledge.

Minimum height: 162cm with correlated weight.

Dear Friend,

If you are aspiring to join Indian Air force then you can join it by one of the two Entrance exam listed below:

• NDA EXAM
• CDS EXAM

NDA EXAM :-

A candidate must have completed their 12th standard with Maths....

Age of candidate should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years....

unmarried Male are Eligible for it....

citizen of India....

CDS EXAM :-

The candidate should be complete graduation in any stream.....

Final years students also eligible for it....

There are no any Percentage required.....

Age of candidate should be between 19 to 23 years....
