Can I apply for MPSC or UPSC?


can i apply for MPSC OR UPSC if i have graduated externally? as well as can i apply if i m graduate of some state but citizen of other?

I am udergoing B-Tech degree in Information Technology.Am I eligible to appear for UPSC,MPSC or other government jobs?

After being a graduate you can apply for UPSC or MPSC.The graduation degree is must.And also for applying any other govt jobs you need to check the crieteria of the exam conducted then only you go for it.

Yes,you will be eligible to appear in UPSC/MPSC if you have completed your Graduation Externally(that is through Distance Mode).

In order to appear in this Exam,you will require the following Eligibility:-

Eligibility for UPSC Exam:-

Educational Qualification:-

>>You must be Graduation Pass out in any stream from Recognized university.
>>Your degree course should be of at least 3 years.
>>Your degree should be approved from the UGC.
>>Your degree should be approved from the DEC(Distance Educational Council)[For Distance Mode].

Marks:-

>>In order to appear in this Exam,your Minimum Marks should be 50%.

Age:-

>>In order to appear in this exam,your minimum age should be 21 years.
>>Your age should not be above 28 years.

If you have cross the age limit then you will be eligible to appear in this exam,if you comes under the Reserved category.You will get the age Relaxations Facility.

Its details are:-

>>If you comes under the SC/ST then you will get 5 years of age relaxations.
>>If you comes under the OBC category then you will get 3 years of age relaxations.

Number of Attempts details:-

>>If you belong from the General category then you can appear only 4 times.
>>If you belong from the OBC category then you can appear only 7 times.

NOTE:-There is NO LIMIT for SC/ST category for APPEARING in this exam.

Can I appear for upsc mpsc exam upto the age of 30yrs. 'coz I m now 28yrs n I m just 10 2 .I hv to complete my degree also n can I appear dis mpsc upsc enterance exam while doing my degree
