sir, i have done b.b.a.from mdu rohtak .now i want to do c.s.. can u tell me about c.s.
and am i able to do c.s....what is process to take addmission in c.s. after graduation

The Company Secretary Course is conducted by ICSI.

This course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Executive
Professional

Since you have already completed your Graduation, you can get direct admission in the Executive Stage.

Last date to take admission to the Executive stage is 28th February 2013

So buy the prospectus and take admission.
You can buy the Prospectus from the nearest ICSI office in your city
Fees would be Rs 7750/-

You have to study the below 6 papers in the executive stage of the CS programme:
>> General and Commercial Laws
>> Company Accounts, cost and management accounting
>> Tax Laws
>> Company Laws
>> Economic and Labour Laws
>> Securities Laws and Compliances

Can I take admission in 3rd sem of b.com after doing 3 years diplom ain finance accounting and auditing from Govt. polytechnic?
