Why Not ? your eligible for LLB Course after Completing your B.Pharma Course . The Candidate who completed bachelor degree are eligible to apply for B.Pharma Course . So, After Completing B.Pharma Course your eligible for LLB Course .

Information Regarding LLB Course :-

LLB stands for Bachelor of Law . The duration of the LLB Course is for three years and the Course is divided into six semester .

Bachelor degree is Basic Academic Qualification to apply for LLB Course . Any Specialization candidates are eligible to apply for LLB Course . There is no age limit for LLB Course .

Any age candidate who Complete Bachelor degree are eligible to apply for LLB Course .

Admission Procedure :-

You can definitely apply for the LLB after B.Pharma course. For LLB, candidate need to have graduation degree. B.Pharma is also a graduation degree therefore you are definitely eligible.

The LLB is 3 years course. You should ensure to apply for 3 years long LLB and not for the 5 years long. The 5 years long integrated course is for candidates who have completed 12th standard only.

Since you hare B.Pharma graduate, there is no sense in doing the 5 years long LLB course.

Another important thing to remember is that LLB is a regular course. It is not offered under correspondence or distance education. The law course offered in such mode is not accepted by the Bar Council of India.

Unless you want to have a completely worthless degree, there is no point of doing this course via correspondence. Bar Council of India does not allow candidates with correspondence degree to practice in courts.


Eligibility

1. Candidate will need graduation degree.

2. 45/50 percent marks are required.

3. There is relaxation of 5 percent for SC and ST.

4. Age of the candidate can not be more than 30 years.

5. There is 5 years relaxation for the SC/ST candidate.
