How can I join Indian Navy being a candidate having Color Blindness?
sir, my name is mannoj....am from Hyderabad am very much interested to join in Indian navy more over i have colorblindness can i join in Indian navy

A person suffering from color blindness is not eligible to join Indian Navy .
One can join Indian Navy either through NDA exam . NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for making recruitment in different wings of Indian Defense Services . The eligibility criteria required to join Indian Navy through NDA exam are as under :- -The candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM group of subjects . -The age limit for the candidate is 16.5 years to 19 years. -Only unmarried male candidate can apply for the exam. Vision standard requirements for Naval candidates : Uncorrected without glass : 6/9 Corrected with glass : 6/6 Limits of Myopia : -0.75 Limits of Hypermetropia : +1.5 |
