Hello Friend,

Yes, Being a graduate, you are eligible for IAS exam.

It is not a fact that if you completed it in four years then you are not eligible for the same.

The thing is you should be a graduate with any one of the subject from Animal Husbandary & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Enginerring.

your age should be 21-30 years as on July 01 of the year of exam.

If you satisfy these criteria then you are eligible for IAS exam.

You can attempt four times if you are a general candidate
if OBC then Seven times
& if SC/ST then no limits of attempts is there.

But you need to work really hard to qualify this exam as this is one of the most reputablle post. there is a tough competition for this exam.
