CDAC is a short term course about 5 to 6 months
once you done with your graduation or post graduation, you can opt for CDAC courses and can be placed in good companies with good job
CDAC CET is the entrance exam you have to appear and get qualified.
Entrance exam comprises of MCQ's of the following topics
Computing Fundamentals
Fundamentals of Programming
Programming in C
OOP concepts and C++ programming
General Aptitude

Once you get qualified, you can choose your required institute and complete the course along with placements.
