Am I eligible to do MS in Germany after doing Mechanical Engineering? My aggregate percentage is 73%


i am a final year mechanical engg. student.Till now my aggregate is 73%.Is it an eligible mark for doing ms in germany? Also is that necessary to know german language while studying there? which are the qualifying exams for germany?

i am doing my engineering in Instrumentation and control engineering. what is the job scopes for me in germany or canada? how can i apply for this?

I completed my engg this year I have cgpa 7.8 and I am going to job for 2 years.after I completed my job can I get a seat in germany.I didnt do even single internship.is this german language is necessary for germany.please give me the answer please
