Electronics Devices and Circuits is a major subject for Electrical Engineering students. At Punjab Technical University it is taught in third semester. This paper contains a maximum of 60 marks and these marks are equally divided into 3 sections. The first section contains 10 short answer questions of 2 marks each. All of them are compulsory. The second section contains 5 questions of which only 4 are to be attempted. They contain 4 marks each. In the third section, there are 2 questions to be attempted out of the given 3.
