LLB course is offered in duration of 3 years as well as 5 years. Graduation is the basic qualification required for 3 year LLB program. As you are a BCA graduate you can apply for 3 year LLB. 12th passed candidates can apply for 5 year integrated LLB program. Admission in both cases is done via entrance tests.
