The partially funded college of Government of Delhi are offered with 5% of fund by the Government and these colleges are mostly arts and science colleges. Thus, India’s Capital city Delhi has a number of colleges that are wholly or partially funded by the government to meet the educational requirements of people in and around Delhi. Further the Directorate of Education of the Delhi Government believes that education holds the key towards modernizational integration, social transformation and economic growth.
