The Government medical college of Mysore is the oldest Medical colleges of Karnataka and seventh amongst all over the country. The college was built in the year of 1924 to develop the education of the society in the medical field. The college is affiliated to the University of Rajiv Gandhi Health Sciences which offers a wide range of scope in the medical world to its students. The college is well known for its quality education which is provided by the well experienced and qualified faculty members.

The college has an excellent campus arrangement in the state of Karnataka.
