Paper Pattern:

Question in the paper of subjective type, questions in the paper are of theoretical type. Total no. of questions in the paper are6, each question contains its alternative. 5 questions in the paper are of equal marks and 1 question is of 20 marks which are divided into sub-questions, it is along answer type questions. Question no. 1 & 2 contains its own alternative, question no. 3 to 5 are of short notes and definitions and contains options to choose from.

Questions in the paper are of subjective type, each question is of different pattern, some questions are of short notes, descriptive type and long answer type questions are there. Questions asked are such as voidable agreement, incompetent person, fraud, misrepresentation, devolution of joint rights, Hadley vs. baxendole, currie vs. missa, mistake of fact and mistake of law etc.

Total marks and time allotted:

Maximum marks which can be awarded in this paper are 100 and time allotted for this purpose is 3 hours only. Question no. 1-5 is of 16 marks each and question no. 6 is of 20 marks. Each question is further divided into sub-questions of it.
