The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University carries out a widespread Entrance exam for candidate’s admission into different courses in the University as well in affiliated institutes. The candidate should attend this test for joining in MCA course. This University was conventionalized in 1999 by the Delhi Government. The University is also approved by UGC. The common entrance test will be conducted on fourth week of May.

Structure of the GGS Indraprastha University MCA Common Entrance Test

The Entrance test consists of objective type questions with multiple choices. The candidate has to choose the correct answer from the given options. The duration of the exam is two and half hours. Basic English and Mathematics along with Logical and Analytical aptitude will be the areas of preparation. There will be questions from Computer awareness areas too.

Syllabus of the GGS Indraprastha University MCA Common Entrance Test

The English language and comprehension section will cover the grammar section, comprehension and essay writing sections. The grammar syllabus will include idioms and phrases, antonyms, synonyms, prepositions etc. The computer awareness section consists of basic concepts of computer, CPU, Input output devices, etc. The logical and analytical ability section will get questions from data sufficiency, analogies and many more.
