Now a days many students migrate to different destinations like Canada, New Zealand, U.S, Australia and UK to pursue their higher studies. The prospective students have to prepare for GRE in order to get an admission in any one of the top colleges or Universities in abroad. They also have to appear for several English proficiency tests such as TOFEL and IELTS. The aspirants have to follow this procedure to get an admission in different disciplines. Application Procedures

The candidates those who wish to pursue their higher studies abroad have to send an enquiry to any of the corresponding institutions at least 15 to 18 months before the commencement of admission dates. Aspirants can request the application forms through email from the website of the corresponding universities. Most of the universities offer the provision to apply online. The alternative option to send the application to the foreign universities is through Airmail. The request letter should be enclosed with all the details of the student like educational objectives, financial support and educational objectives etc. Application forms can also be downloaded from the official website of the particular university.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to pursue computer animation courses abroad, the candidates must have completed 12 years of schooling. The degree course in graphic art or fine arts is of four years duration. Aspirants can also opt for short term courses like diploma in animation.

General Criteria

The applicants should possess a TOFEL score of more than 570 if the mode of the examination is paper based. The candidate needs only 230 marks for TOFEL if it is computer based. For IELTS the candidates should possess a score more than 6.5. In the case of GRE the candidates should have a verbal score of more than 400. The accepted analytical score is above 4.0. The minimum requirements and cut off varies for each university.

Application Requirements to study computer animation abroad

The past academic records are one of the most important deciding factors so as to secure an admission in the foreign universities. The universities or colleges in abroad have its own requirements for conducting the admissions. Universities in USA follow a different marking and assessment system. The colleges usually follow a system called grade point average that follows a five point scheme. The aspirants have to submit their official mark list of the corresponding university from which they have completed the course.
