IGNOU 2011 PGDDM-MP
Indira Gandhi National Open University in collaboration with Rehabilitation Council of India offers a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Disability Management Programme for Medical Practitioners (PGDDM-MP). The courses are conducted through various study centers of the Institute that is specifically designed for the program. Te course covers a 6 contact programs for individual disability of six days each. The institute has undertakes an internal assignment test for each contact program at regular intervals. The Institute has a strict system to regulate the education of the candidates and impart them quality education through a certified team of highly qualified as well as experienced teaching staff.
The program is of one year in duration though the candidates have the opportunity to strive for a total of three attempts of three years in order to clear the examination. The minimum mars that the candidate should aim in order to clear each paper is 50% in order to pass the program. The total marks divided are as according, the theory part is of a total of 60 marks, the internal assessment marks is of 20 marks and the assignment is of 20 marks.
Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate should have a MBBS degree from a reputed University/Institute or an equivalent qualification in any of the following medical practices:
1. Ayurveda
2. Unani
3. Sidha
4. Homeopathy
Preference will be given to those candidates who have minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant area.

• Last date for submission of completed application form: January End, 2011
